1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Bag Charm Club and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12pm/June 2 and ends at 12pm August 31. All entries must be received by the closing date and time.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, complete the official entry form at www.luxurystyleguides.com. Entrants must provide a valid email address and phone number and agree to receive marketing emails and SMS messages from Bag Charm Club. Standard message and data rates may apply. Limit one entry per person.

5. SMS & EMAIL OPT-IN

By entering, you consent to receive automated marketing emails and text messages from Bag Charm Club. Message frequency may vary. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Text "STOP" to unsubscribe from SMS at any time.

6. PRIZES

The winner(s) will receive:

• 1 Labubu Charm
  The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is USD $20. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted except at the sponsor’s discretion.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Winner(s) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within 5 business days after the contest ends. Winner(s) will be notified via email or SMS and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, winner agrees to allow Bag Charm Club to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Bag Charm Club reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or other technical problems compromise the integrity of the promotion. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Bag Charm Club and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.
